Hi, I’m Steve and Welcome to Spectrum.

I’m based in the North West of the UK, I’m in my mid-4os, I’m part of the LGBTQ community and in 2025 I was diagnosed with both ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) & ADHD – Together known as a condition/disability/superpower called AUDHD.

As you can imagine, this was/is a lot to take in, a huge relief in some respects as it brings some clarity, but also raises a lot of questions. The aim of Spectrum is to take you on this journey with me – provide resources to those who need them and share some insights that I learn along the way.

So – Welcome, let’s get this journey started.
