I’m based in the North West of the UK, I’m in my mid-4os, I’m part of the LGBTQ community and in 2025 I was diagnosed with both ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) & ADHD – Together known as a condition/disability/superpower called AUDHD. As you can imagine, this
